Associates degree (A.S.) from an accredited two year college in

Computer Science, Engineering or closely related field

Significant experience: Information Technology Security / Information Assurance

Provide instruction/user training to Military/DoD employees

on the following topics:

Define Information Technology security principles, concepts,

practices, systems software, database software, and immediate

access storage technology.

Define Local Area Network security requirements, network

operations and protocols, systems testing and evaluation and

performance management methods.

Explain Complex configuration management techniques and

 requirements appropriate for defending weapon systems at the

tactical edge.

 Instruct students how to perform Mission Analysis and Mission

Thread Analysis

Define various Security Technical Implementation Guides

How to identify surveillance probing, intrusion and attacks

Response techniques and countermeasures

 Understand the following:

MITRE Cyber Command System (CyCS) tool

Kali Linux

Security Onion

Nessus

NMAP

Wireshark

Dagger

 SCAP Compliance Checker

 Tripwire Secure Check

STIG Viewer

Top Secret Security Clearance Required
