We provide tiers 1–3 network engineering support at various Navy and Marine Corps locations across the continental United States, Hawaii, and Japan. We assist with maintaining 20,000 + layer 2/3 devices (routers, switches, IDS, TACLANE, and WAN accelerators) across the program. Under general direction and supervision, we support the site level teams and Network Operating Centers (NOC) efforts to ensure BAN/LAN network and the network management environment remains reliable at all times. We also provide on-call after hour support, assist with project related equipment upgrades, while ensuring the performance of the network.
We work in unison with team members to develop and provide training for the Army Material Command (AMC) users, and support team, to ensure proper use and care of all Audio Visual (A/V) equipment. We manage the overall performance of A/V equipment and maintain operational reporting. We provide Video Teleconferencing and Network Administration professionals to assist the site technical and leadership team with providing world class technical support to AMC Huntsville, Alabama.
