Configuration Management Support

SBS provides Change and Configuration Management (CaCM) support including a review and analysis for Headquarters and HQ Forward, USCENTOCOM. This effort consisted of process assessment, Plan of Actions and Milestones (POAM), process development, implementation, training, and improvement. We evaluated the Change and Configuration Management (CaCM) environment and developed actionable changes to the method in which USCENTCOM J6 manages configuration changes, stores official installation records and integrates project deliverables into a Configuration Management Database.
